Sue has run programs fro clinician leaders in the health industry, for operational managers in the university sector, for managers in local government, for leaders in not-for-profits and in many other settings.

  • Skilled executive coach, with a past client list of more than 200 clients ranging from medical leaders, senior academics, leaders in the public sector and in local government, allied health and nursing leaders and across professions such as health, accounting, engineering and law in demanding operational and strategic leadership roles.

  • Wellbeing specialist, providing programs and individual coaching to help individuals and teams build  skills, tools and strategies to  enable them to thrive and flourish in today's world to help organisations achieve sustainable productivity.

  • Accredited in Hogan Assessments, the Strengths profile, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Cynefin decision framework, Team Management Systems, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, various 360-degree feedback tools. Certified Practitioner Coaching, Association for Coaching.
