Sue Sampson (Transform Developments director)
Sue brings specialist expertise in leadership development, team and organisational effectiveness, positive cultures, individual wellbeing, and change management. With a career including 15 years as a management consultant and recent senior leadership roles, Sue has deep experience in organisational change and has worked with many organisations helping to create a shift in culture, strategy and where needed, structure. An effective public speaker and a highly skilled facilitator, Sue supports executive and operational teams to collaborate effectively towards shared outcomes. She is a wellbeing enthusiast helping individuals and teams build skills, tools and strategies to thrive and flourish and to help organisations achieve sustainable productivity.
Dr Leonie Horrigan
Leonie is an experienced and well-regarded executive coach, with more than 20 years’ experience. Her coaching style supports leaders to be high performing, successful, agile and resilient. Leonie is a registered workplace psychologist with a PhD in organisational change. She has previously worked in senior management positions in large organisations and in senior consulting positions in award-winning consultancy firms. For the past 13 years Leonie has co-owned and operated a successful Brisbane based management consulting practice, People and Performance Consulting Pty Ltd. Leonie’s first-hand experience as a senior leader, company director and business owner combined with her high-level expertise in business psychology and leader effectiveness make her a powerful and effective executive coach.
Steve Turner
Steve is a highly experienced executive coach who is a trusted advisor to CEO’s, Executive and Senior Managers. He specialises in leadership development in areas including influencing change and performance at individual or team levels, managing upwards, and in engaging others through effective communications. Steve has over 30 years combined experience as a senior and executive manager and as a management consultant working across government, higher education, not-for-profit and private sectors. Steve has a passion for releasing the potential in organisations through developing and aligning roles, processes, and capabilities with organisational vision and mission. He is a trusted authority in organisational renewal and performance engagement practices. Steve is a Certified Management Consultant, member of the Human Resource Institute and Board Director of the Australian Council of Professions.
Tracey Stinson
Tracey is an accomplished executive, board director and organisational consultant. She has a track record of delivering challenging outcomes in large, complex public sector organisations and through her various board appointments. Tracey has a proven ability to respectfully challenge the status quo and assist organisations and teams to realign their strategic direction and focus on productive collaboration. As an experienced executive coach Tracey has supported many leaders across the health, planning, public infrastructure and local government sectors to develop self-awareness, build resilience and successfully deliver impactful organizational change projects. Tracey's qualifications include a Masters Of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of economics and a Grad Cert in Dispute Resolution. She is a also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lorraine Stokes
Lorraine’s journey has taken her from competitive pool player to endorsed organisational psychologist. Despite not completing high school, Lorraine gained mature-age entry to Griffith University and was awarded the Behavioural Science and Psychology Medals on completion of her undergraduate studies. She went on to complete a doctorate in Organisational Psychology and has run her own organisational consultancy since 2007. Lorraine is skilled at a) working with individuals (to challenge and expand their thinking, and broaden job-specific skillsets), b) mediating relational discord and conflict, and c) working with teams (to assess culture and functioning and facilitate team insights and growth). Lorraine is described by clients as an articulate and insightful coach who facilitates individual insights and motivation, and delivers practical tips and strategies that can immediately be applied in both life and work.
