Transform believes by putting wellbeing at the centre, not only are individuals supported to thrive and flourish, but so so too are organisations and communities.

We offer research based, fully customisable programs designed for optimal engagement and transfer of learning to practice (including habit building).  The program draws on adult learning principles incorporating experiential, reflective and peer-based learning processes, delivered  via in person or on-line formats.

Helping people, organisations and communities thrive requires a multi-faceted approach including:

  1. Supporting individuals to build skills, tools and practices for wellbeing

  2. Clarifying Leaders’ roles and accountability to support wellbeing for their teams through functional relationships, role design, shared expectations, valuing of strengths, inclusion of the whole self and workload management

  3. System-level support at the broader organisational and/or community level.

Many organisations  focus their efforts at the third level with counselling and employee assistance programs and where needed, trauma interventions.  And some organisations are implementing strategies at the second level.

However, the first level is also imperative.  In organisations and in our broader community, it is absolutely essential that we are supporting and encouraging individuals  to develop the  skills, processes and practices to support their own wellbeing.

Transform is passionate about making a difference in supporting individuals to thrive and flourish, by supporting the development of wellbeing skills, practices and strategies.

Wellbeing  services are provided at multiple levels: for individuals,

for small groups and teams, for organisations and in learning program formats, helping participants build skills, tools and practices for flourishing.

Research-based topics included in our wellbeing programs may include:

  • Alignment with values and purpose

  • Self- compassion and drawing on strengths

  • Emotional agility: connecting and utilising emotions (negative and positive)

  • Connections and relationships

  • Growing through challenge : harnessing fear and courage:

  • Learning versus performative mindsets

  • Personal wellbeing model
